This role sits at the heart of a dynamic Experience Marketing team that brings a globally recognized brand to life through world-class events. As the operational backbone of a high-performing content team, you will manage the day-to-day logistics, data integrity, and timeline coordination that make large-scale global events possible. You will collaborate closely with internal experts, session leaders, and event technology partners to ensure that every piece of session content is accurate, on schedule, and ready to deliver meaningful experiences to audiences around the world. Responsibilities:
– Provide daily administrative and logistical support to Event Content Managers to streamline session management
– Assist with the content development process by tracking timelines, coordinating production needs, and managing session scheduling
– Maintain high data accuracy by inputting session information into content platforms, generating reports, and developing email templates
– Partner with Event Technology teams to conduct user testing for content tools, including the Session Catalog and Speaker Portal
– Act as a point of contact for internal experts and session leaders to collect deliverables and ensure timelines are met
Skills:
– Highly organized with a proven ability to maintain accuracy across complex data sets and content systems
– Experienced in operational support and comfortable managing the behind-the-scenes mechanics of a project
– Familiar with content management platforms, with experience in event technology platforms considered a significant plus
– Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to track deliverables and provide progress updates to a diverse team
– Self-directed and proactive, with a curiosity about event operations and a drive to see work come to life on a global stage
Experience:
– 2 or more years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or a similar administrative support role
Qualifications:
– No specific degree or certification is required; equivalent professional experience in a relevant field will be considered
