Job Description:
We’re looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our global events program across third-party conferences, owned experiences, and virtual events.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership. You’ll be in the middle of it all – from pre-event planning to onsite execution to post-event reporting – working closely with both marketing and sales to make sure every event runs smoothly and drives real impact.
If you’re someone who notices the details, speaks up when something feels off, and isn’t afraid to jump in and figure things out, you’ll do well here.
This is a remote role based in the US, with a willingness to travel across the globe as part of this role. This is a Fixed-Term Contract role for 6 months and annual base salary range for the role is 60k to 70k USD.
What we will count on you for
- Coordinate logistics across global events – venues, vendors, travel, swag, and on-ground setup
- Manage event timelines, checklists, and internal workflows to ensure smooth delivery
- Support booth execution, collateral readiness, and speaker coordination
- Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, and external vendors
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
- Manage attendee lists, registrations, and communications
- Own post-event follow-ups – lead tracking, CRM updates, and stakeholder reporting
- Coordinate with Sales for timely outreach and pipeline tracking
- Maintain hygiene across HubSpot, event platforms, and webinar tools
- Help track event performance metrics like attendance, engagement, and early pipeline signals
What will make you a great match
- 2–6 years of experience in handling coordination for in-person and online events
- Strong organizational skills – you don’t drop balls, even when juggling multiple events
- High attention to detail and comfort working with timelines, trackers, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills – clear, responsive, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and globally distributed team
