For our client, we are seeking a Events And Experiences Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. As a Events And Experiences Manager, you’ll play a key role driving outcomes across the Finance & Insurance organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve meaningful problems and deliver results. This role offers visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of team onsites across the U.S
- Oversee event logistics including travel, venue sourcing, and vendor management
- Manage and coach a small team to ensure event quality and consistency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align events with company culture and goals
- Support various employee experience initiatives, including All Hands and special cultural programs
- Develop planning tools and processes for efficient onsite operations
- Uphold brand’s values through attention to detail in event execution
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in corporate or internal events management
- Proven expertise in end-to-end event planning and execution
- Experience leading multi-event programs and managing a small team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in vendor negotiation and budgeting
- Creative problem-solving capabilities and design sensibility
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation:
$121,500 – $168,700 annually
