Job Description:
The Events Manager role is critical to scaling the organization’s experiential marketing efforts by building and managing the systems and processes behind its event programs. This position focuses on operationalizing event technology, driving consistency and quality across major conferences and smaller community events, and supporting event execution both remotely and onsite. The role contributes directly to enhancing how events deliver impact and engagement, supporting growth in attendance and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale operational systems to support the experiential marketing team
- Manage end-to-end event technology for Tier 1 events, including registration and reporting
- Establish best practices for event planning, execution, and post-event analysis
- Develop and track event metrics such as attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact
- Manage relationships with event technology and production vendors
- Lead planning and execution of key workstreams for the annual user conference
- Support strategy and execution for smaller community and third-party events
- Assist with on-site event logistics, run-of-show management, and post-event reviews
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in event production, technology, marketing, or related fields
- Proven experience improving or building event operations and systems
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, partnerships, and brand teams
- Strategic thinker with hands-on approach, comfortable balancing high-level planning and detailed execution
- Passion for creating impactful attendee experiences and expertise in event tech optimization
