Job Description:

This newly created role will lead and scale the Meetings-in-a-Box (M-i-a-B) program-our framework for planning and executing self-managed internal corporate events. The individual contributor will focus on relationship management with internal users, provide strategic meetings management (SMMP) consultation, ensure policy compliance; manage risk; and drive spend reporting and records management requirements. 

In This Role, You Will

  • Govern the M-i-a-B program to ensure compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder success
  • Monitor and triage daily event registrations in the event management system
  • Advise stakeholders on branding, policy adherence, and attendee experience for self-managed events
  • Develop and implement cost-efficient event strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Enhance frameworks, templates, and toolkits to streamline planning and execution
  • Leverage Cvent tools to optimize registration, communications, and reporting accuracy
  • Serve as escalation point and strategic consultant for complex event issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across business groups and enterprise functions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen governance and reduce risk
  • Conduct audits and post-event reviews to ensure standards and compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing internal corporate events within the financial services or hospitality sector
  • Experience using event management platforms (e.g., Cvent) for registration, check-ins, and analytics
  • Experience developing innovative event strategies that deliver results and cost efficiencies
  • Experience designing playbooks, templates, and toolkits that reduce cycle time and improve consistency
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing preferred suppliers under master service agreements
  • Experience implementing risk controls, conducting audits, and driving corrective actions across portfolios

Salary Range:

$139,000.00 – $260,000.00
