Type: Full Time

Job Description:

Accuris wants a builder-operator to architect our end-to-end event engine—from intimate executive roundtables to major conferences and high-impact virtual experiences. You will own strategy, budget, and execution to:

  • Deliver a world-class, on-brand attendee experience that raises our Net Promoter Score (NPS) at every touchpoint.
  • Generate pipeline and revenue by turning events into a predictable, multi-channel demand funnel.
  • Stretch every dollar—using data, partnerships, and creative formats to achieve outsized ROI on a mid-six-figure budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Build a 12-month global event calendar (flagship conferences, regional roadshows, partner co-sponsorships, webinars).
  • Define tiering and success KPIs for each event type (e.g., SQLs, ACV influenced, NPS).

Budget & ROI Ownership

  • Own the full P&L; forecast, track, and reconcile spend.
  • Drive cost-per-qualified-lead below industry benchmarks through vendor negotiation and in-house production.

Experience Design

  • Craft immersive booth journeys, live demos, and content formats that showcase current and future products.
  • Leverage experiential tech (AR, interactive content walls, generative AI demos) to attract, educate, and convert customers.

Demand Generation & Measurement

  • Partner with RevOps to build attribution models connecting attendees → pipeline → revenue.
  • Integrate campaigns across email, paid media, community, and ABM for pre-/in-/post-event nurture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on messaging, speaking slots, and executive engagement.

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure all events meet safety, accessibility, and data-privacy standards globally.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years leading B2B event marketing or experiential programs; and budgets ≥ $500k.
  • Proven track record scaling conferences/trade shows that generated pipeline.
  • Mastery of modern event tech stack (Cvent, HubSpot/Marketo integrations, ON24 / Goldcast, mobile apps, RFID/beacon analytics).
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable building ROI models and presenting to C-suite.
  • Strong vendor-sourcing and negotiation chops.
  • Available for up to 30% global travel (U.S., EU, APAC).

Preferred / Bonus

  • Experience in engineering, industrial, or compliance software events
  • Familiarity with PE-backed growth environments and agile marketing loops
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Digital Event Strategist (DES)

Leadership Competencies

  • Experience Architect – Obsesses over every sensory, content, and networking detail.
  • Revenue Partner – Speaks the language of pipeline, not just parties.
  • Fiscal Hawk – Stretches budgets through creativity and data.
  • Talent Multiplier – Builds high-performing, service-oriented teams and agency networks.
