This role seeks a highly organized and data-driven Field Marketing Programs Contractor to lead the execution and operational support of Tier 1 events and regional programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full end-to-end event lifecycle, ranging from high-level logistics and vendor management to hands-on onsite execution. Beyond physical delivery, the position places a heavy emphasis on driving audience acquisition strategies and maintaining rigorous performance reporting. To succeed, the candidate must be comfortable navigating dashboards and translating complex event data into executive-ready insights that clearly demonstrate pipeline impact and marketing ROI.
Responsibilities:
Event Execution & Field Support
- Support planning and execution of Tier 1, regional, and third-party events.
- Manage logistics coordination, vendor engagement, registration tracking, and onsite execution support.
- Ensure consistent brand experience and operational excellence across activations.
- Assist with executive programs, demo staffing coordination, and meeting room management as needed.
Audience Acquisition & Demand Support
- Execute targeted audience acquisition strategies, including segmentation and registration campaigns.
- Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to support call-down programs and structured follow-up initiatives.
- Contribute to standardized campaign toolkits and best practices to drive regional consistency.
- Support persona refinement and targeting improvements based on performance data.
Performance Reporting & ROI
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking registration performance, engagement, pipeline generation, and ROI.
- Analyze funnel conversion trends and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
- Create stakeholder-ready reports, executive summaries, and post-event analyses.
- Support measurement of pipeline acceleration and MDP contribution across programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams.
- Provide structured guidance to ensure effective lead follow-up and campaign execution.
- Support governance and reporting best practices across AMER programs.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of experience.
- End-to-End Lifecycle Event Management
- Proven experience leading the full lifecycle of third-party sponsorships and industry engagements, specifically within the Public Sector, Education, or Non-profit verticals. This includes hands-on execution of logistics, procurement, and onsite delivery, as well as providing task-level support for large-scale “Tier 1” internal events.
- Operational Rigor & Project Accountability
- Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable to strict deadlines. You must be adept at using standard templates and processes to manage multi-level communications, track project output, and handle spend tracking (reconciliation and vendor management) without requiring constant oversight.
- Data Literacy & Post-Event Momentum
- Ability to navigate CRM platforms to track registration and lead flow. You should be comfortable translating event data into status reports and owning the “post-event” strategy to ensure lead follow-up is executed and engagement momentum is maintained across Sales and Marketing teams.
