POSITION SUMMARY:
- Focus on planning and activating impactful experiences to serve RP’s target audiences, including internal and external radiologists, referring physicians, hospital leadership teams, internal support teams, and RP-affiliated practices
- Delivers innovative solutions to achieve event goals within budget, managing end-to-end logistics, including relationships with stakeholders, hotels, venues, vendors, and sponsors.
- Manages the on-site execution of the event, including supervising event staff and vendors, acting as the main point of contact for the hotel, sponsors, and attendees.
- Oversee a team that manages events of various scales and will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues at every level of the practice to ensure seamless event strategy and execution
- Travel up to 25%
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
- 10+ years of event planning experience in a national or international corporate setting
- Demonstrates calm and logical problem-solving skills in challenging situations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and adjust to business needs
- Strong leadership and team management skills

The salary range for this position is:
$75,000-95,000
