Job Description:
The Corporate Events Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of XBOW’s global, industry events. This role blends operational excellence with creative storytelling, bringing XBOW’s brand to life through experiences that engage partners, customers, employees, and the broader community.
You will own events end to end, from concept to execution to post-event analysis, working cross-functionally to ensure every event delivers measurable impact and a standout attendee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Own the planning and execution of corporate events, including conferences, executive briefings, internal events, partner events, and launches
- Design and deliver community-focused events that strengthen relationships, build trust, and expand XBOW’s presence and influence
- Develop event strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and business goals
- Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, venues, and logistics
- Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, leadership, and operations teams
- Create scalable event playbooks, processes, and templates
- Measure and report on event success using clear KPIs such as attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, and sentiment
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience across all events
- Stay ahead of event trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve execution
Who You Are
- Experience leading and executing corporate events, including conferences, executive briefings, internal events, partner activations, and product launches.
- Proven ability to design and deliver community-focused events that strengthen relationships, build trust, and expand brand presence and influence.
- Demonstrated experience developing event strategies aligned with broader brand, marketing, and business objectives.
- Strong expertise in managing event budgets, timelines, vendors, venues, contracts, and end-to-end logistics.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, leadership, and operations teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Ability to build and scale repeatable event playbooks, processes, templates, and operational frameworks.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining, measuring, and reporting on event KPIs such as attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, and audience sentiment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality brand experience across all events.
- Up-to-date knowledge of event industry trends, tools, and best practices, with a track record of continuous improvement.
Bonus if you have
- Experience running cybersecurity focused industry events such as RSA, Black Hat, InfoSec Europe
- Have relevant martech experience (Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Gong)
