Job Description:
NinjaOne is looking for an experienced and highly organized Event Manager, DACH & Benelux to lead our presence at trade shows and conferences across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Experience with the Nordic markets is a strong plus.
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Events, you will own the full event lifecycle – from strategy and vendor management to on-site execution and post-event reporting – ensuring every event delivers strong ROI, elevates brand presence, and drives pipeline growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows and conferences across DACH and Benelux, with opportunities to support Nordic events
- Develop event strategies aligned with regional marketing, sales, and business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships from sourcing and negotiation through contract execution (booth builders, AV suppliers, caterers, travel partners)
- Oversee event logistics: booth design, signage, staffing, shipping, and on-site setup/breakdown
- Manage event budgets, tracking spend and ensuring cost-effective, high-ROI execution
- Define success metrics, track performance (leads, pipeline contribution, engagement), and deliver post-event reporting
- Coordinate event-related travel, inventory, promotional materials, and swag
- Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and local marketing initiatives to expand regional brand presence
- Represent NinjaOne on-site, ensuring a seamless attendee experience
- Support marketing operations and administrative tasks tied to event execution (contracts, invoicing, documentations)
- Other duties as needed
About You
- 5+ years of experience managing B2B trade shows or conferences from concept to completion – preferably in SaaS, IT or cybersecurity
- Experience with flagship DACH region industry events such as it-sa and CloudFest is a plus
- Background or strong interest in marketing, strategy, or sales – you understand how events tie into the broader funnel, not just logistics
- Strong project management, organizational and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Analytical mindset – comfortable defining KPIs and using data to improve future events
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English and German; Dutch, French or a Nordic language is a plus
- Willingness to travel across DACH, Benelux, and occasionally the Nordics (especially during spring and autumn)
- Experience in the MSP or IT software industry is a plus
