As The Game Show Studio continues expanding nationally, our Corporate Sales division is scaling quickly — and we’re looking for a sharp, operationally-minded Event Logistics Manager to help us deliver flawless execution across all markets.

The Game Show Studio is a fully immersive, high-energy live game show experience designed for corporate teams, private events, and large-scale activations. We operate both in-studio through a growing network of licensee partners and nationally through our traveling show experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who is structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident leading client-facing calls. You will ensure every event is planned with precision and executed without surprises.

Position Overview

The Event Logistics Manager will own pre-execution logistics for corporate events across multiple markets. This person serves as the operational bridge between:

  • Corporate Sales
  •  Executive-level clients
  • Onsite Event Leads at partner locations

Pre-Event Planning & Logistics

• Own the full pre-execution process for corporate events

• Build detailed Run of Show (RoS) documents

• Confirm event format, game selections, timing, staffing, AV needs, and special requests

• Ensure seamless alignment between sales and operations

Client Preparation & Experience Management

• Lead client prep calls

• Set clear expectations on format, timing, and participation

• Identify friction points early and proactively solve them

• Ensure clients feel confident and excited leading into their event

Licensee & Onsite Coordination

• Communicate event details clearly to onsite Event Leads

• Confirm staffing, room setup, and equipment readiness

• Act as quality-control liaison between Corporate Sales and field execution teams

Brand & Quality Assurance

• Protect brand standards across all markets

• Identify execution gaps and improve processes

• Help build scalable logistics systems as we grow nationally

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in event planning, event production, or experiential logistics

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Confident leading client-facing meetings

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience building detailed timelines or Run ofShow documents

• Ability to manage multiple events across different markets simultaneously

• High attention to detail

• CRM experience (Zoho preferred)

• Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results
