Job Description:
As Senior Manager, Executive Programs, you will take end-to-end ownership of key executive initiatives while supporting the Director in driving the overall program strategy. This role goes beyond execution: you will help translate strategy into scalable programs, act as a senior partner to Sales and Marketing leaders, and ensure executive engagements deliver measurable business impact.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, lead complex programs across regions, and serve as a trusted interface between Celonis leadership and C-level customers.
The Work You’ll Do
Executive Program Leadership
- Own the planning and execution of multiple executive programs, from concept to delivery and post-engagement follow-up.
- Translate strategic priorities into concrete program plans with clear objectives, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Act as a day-to-day lead for Executive Programs, supporting the Director in driving consistency, quality, and scale.
Executive Experience Design
- Shape agendas that combine Celonis thought leadership with customer priorities and GTM objectives.
- Ensure a best-in-class end-to-end experience, from audience definition and executive communications to on-site delivery and follow-up.
Sales & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner closely with senior Sales leaders to align executive engagements with account strategies and priorities.
- Own executive sponsor matching and engagement planning for strategic accounts.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and the Executive Leadership Team.
Operational Excellence & Scale
- Maintain and evolve the executive contact database to ensure high data quality and actionable insights.
- Drive operational rigour across planning, budgeting, timelines, and reporting.
- Support budget tracking and ROI measurement for executive programs.
- Use data and feedback to improve program design and execution continuously.
The Qualifications You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in executive programs, B2B marketing, strategic events, customer engagement, or similar roles.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level executives in a professional, confident manner.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage complexity and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience partnering with Sales teams and aligning marketing initiatives to account and pipeline goals.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and project management tools such as Monday.com is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect activities to measurable business outcomes.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
